We are National Fruit & Vegetable Technology Corporation Shareholders.

And we want answers.

The current individuals managing “National Fruit & Vegetable Technology Corporation” and “Cibus Technology” allowed our domain names to expire.  As NFVTC Shareholders, we rescued and re-registered these domains in attempt to open lines of communication between Shareholders and Management.

It is well past time Shareholders receive updates on the status of the “Company”.

There are links on the Resources page where shareholders can find filings that are still being made with various agencies.

The NFVTC website was shut down on or before October 31, 2019, and the domain redirected to Facebook to “reduce administrative burden“.  Fine.  Then post updates on Facebook. Remember, though, a lot of people do not and will not use Facebook.  Some, but not all, Facebook posts can currently be viewed by those not registered.

As of 11/28/25, there are 113 members on Facebook.  It is unknown if these are confirmed as shareholders.

An email sent on 2/27/14 by the “Company” stated: “A total of 910 shareholders are now registered on the shareholder website. 53% of registered shareholders have logged on the website at least once while 22% have logged on more than once.”

If memories of previous discussions are correct, there are around 2000 Shareholders (will update if info can be found).

Why would you shut down an established line of communication to a large percentage of shareholders?
